Senior Officer HSE - Security - Site

Key Responsibilities HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)

• Enforce HSE policies, procedures, and site safety rules
• Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and toolbox talks
• Monitor PTW (Permit to Work), risk assessments, and JSA compliance
• Identify unsafe acts/conditions and ensure corrective actions
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and prepare reports
• Support emergency response drills and site safety campaigns
• Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and project standards
  
  

• Oversee site access control, gate passes, and visitor management
• Supervise security guards and security contractors
• Monitor site security risks and report breaches
• Ensure protection of personnel, equipment, and materials
• Coordinate response to security incidents or emergencies
• Maintain security logs, reports, and records
  
  

• Coordinate with construction, operations, and management teams
• Liaise with local authorities if required
• Prepare daily/weekly HSE & security reports
• Support site management during audits and inspections
  
  

• Diploma / Degree in HSE, Safety Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years site-based HSE experience (oil & gas / construction preferred)
• Knowledge of HSE standards and site security practices
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work full-time on site
