Senior Engineer Interface NOC

Key Responsibilities

• Lead interface coordination between internal disciplines, external contractors, and third-party stakeholders.
• Manage and track NOC applications, submissions, and approvals in accordance with project requirements.
• Review and validate technical documents to ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain the Interface Management Plan and Interface Register.
• Act as the focal point of contact for interface-related issues on assigned projects.
• Coordinate and attend interface meetings, preparing minutes and follow-up actions.
• Ensure compliance with technical guidelines and HSE standards.
• Identify and mitigate potential interface risks early in the project lifecycle.
• Support project planning, schedule integration, and milestone tracking related to interfaces.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or relevant discipline).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, including significant exposure to major projects.
• Extensive experience in Interface and NOC management on ADNOC projects is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of interface and NOC management processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools and interface tracking systems.
