Job Purpose
Works diligently as a Senior Energy Management Engineer for Energy Management Solutions especially KBC - VM solutions and EDX/Carbon Footprint Tracer. Collaborate closely with front-Sales team, to support EMS technical solution architect design, presentation and coordination in proposal generation to achieve the Sales & Marketing objectives/targets.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- To closely work with YMA regional teams including IA System, and new business specific to EMS including Business development for Energy Management Solution and Optimization..
- To be as a motivated Front Sales TEAM member with only positive attitude and specific focus on System & standalone proposals, have open communication among the Sales team to achieve the Sales objectives.
- Supports the Sr.GM-SA in making the day-to-day decisions of the Solution business in YMA
- To support on FEED along with team, POC, site surveys for replacement standalone/combined with system or RSD
- projects and fully support and attend TQ meetings/presentations with customers, as agreed with Sr.GM
- To attend the Sales weekly/monthly meeting to share the market info on the accounts/issues/concern among the DES Sales TEAM
- To attend any other task as and when required by the reporting manager.
Qualification And Experience
- Bachelors/masters in chemical engineering of similar qualification
- Minimum 12+ years experience, preferably in oil and gas domain
- Exposure in Yokogawa solutions is preferable
- Experience with real-time energy optimization systems, including energy KPIs definition and monitoring, optimal energy scheduling and GHG emissions calculation and reporting
- Certifications such as CEA, CEM etc. are preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of Energy Industry Benchmarking and reporting standards.
Competencies
- Preferred if have experience with the KBC the Visual MESA EMS applications, as an implementer or power user in ME countries.
- Must be able to take lead role of Energy Management
Skills
- Sound communication/ Presentation and Negotiation skills
- Project Report writing skills.
