Senior CRM Executive

A Senior CRM Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing customer relationship management (CRM) systems and strategies within an organization. This includes analyzing customer data, implementing targeted marketing campaigns, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. The Senior CRM Executive should have a strong understanding of CRM principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.
