Telemarketing Executive

As a Telemarketing Executive, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, cold call potential customers, and pitch products or services over the phone. You will be required to persuade prospects to purchase, schedule appointments, or attend product demonstrations. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as you will need to effectively communicate the features and benefits of the products or services you are offering. You will also be responsible for maintaining a database of contacts, following up on leads, and providing customer support.
