Key Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Validate and standardize 15 critical equipment attributes across four plant units using SAP-LDM and related documentation.
  • Identify and resolve inconsistencies or missing data in equipment master records.
  • Collect missing tags and related data from vendor drawings, P&IDs, and purchase orders.
  • Populate and update Master Data Change Request (MDCR) spreadsheets.
  • Cross-reference documentation against SAP Plant Maintenance, OMS, and construction databases.
  • Participate in bi-weekly progress meetings and status reporting.
  • Support the design engineers with training, clarification, and documentation queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Electrical, or I&C Engineering.
  • Minimum 4 years of power plant industry experience in equipment master data management or technical data processing.
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP platforms (preferably SAP-PM, SAP-LDM).
  • Prior experience in the nuclear or heavy asset industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with interpreting P&IDs, manufacturer datasheets, and construction documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; data formatting and tracking via shared platforms.
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal communication).

Preferred

  • Experience in UAE or regional utilities / energy projects.
  • Knowledge of ENEC documentation standards or ANSI/NIRMA CM 1.0-2000/2007 is a plus.
  • Experience in regulatory environments with security-cleared data handling.
