Our mission is to build, protect and promote the Mubadala Group’s reputation. We support the group to deliver on its mandate through world-class corporate communications. We provide communications counsel, services and employee engagement across the group.

What you will do:

Job Purpose:

• This position will coordinate and contribute to Mubadala’s communications activities, working closely with colleagues across the Communications Unit and other business platform communications teams.
• The position will work closely with the Head of Communications, peers, and assets to coordinate and manage communications initiatives including Public Relations; Crisis Communications; leadership profiling; speaking engagements; internal communications; government relations; media relations; sponsorships; events & conferences; CSR; and other communications requests or needs within the business platform.
  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Digital Communication, Marketing, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
• 7+ years of experience working in communications, preferably gained within a large-scale organization with complex and multi-sector operations, or through experience spanning a range of industries.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and media relations in relevant key markets (local, regional and/or international), with a clear understanding of effective business and social engagement techniques within multi-cultural environments.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the UAE market, including its cultural context, regulatory landscape, and business practices, with the ability to navigate and apply this understanding to achieve organizational objectives.
• Strong sectoral knowledge relevant to the platform’s business units and portfolio, with the ability to develop communications strategies, plans, and solutions tailored to specific sectors
