Position - SAP Functional Specialist

➢ Minimum overall work experience: 8 years

➢ Financial Systems Support (L1/L2)

✓ Provide financials system support to all end users across ADD functions relating to financial systems.

✓ Coordinating with Finance HQ IT support team to resolve reported issues through RITM/Incident/Idea tickets.

✓ Endorse and approve financial roles access & authorization tickets.

➢ Month End Closing (MEC) Support

✓ Provide support during transactional data processing, preparing uploads, data validation & reconciliation and identify incorrect master data assignments and subsequently suggest corrective actions.

✓ Support financial users in data reconciliations and validation during month end closing activities.

✓ Coordinate with HUB and Bi teams to update SAP data to get correct segmented finance reports which is aligned with SAP data. Validate Bi Financial Reports & Dashboard.

➢ User Performance Enablement

✓ Provide financial systems awareness and training support to finance and non-finance business users.

➢ System Enhancements/Improvements

✓ Provide support during financial systems enhancements/improvements and retail system integrations and prepare business requirement document (BRD)
