Job Description

Motivate Media Group is expanding and looking for dynamic Sales Professionals to join our Abu Dhabi office. If you’re focused, practical, and have a ‘can-do’ attitude, we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate will be proactive, entrepreneurial, and able to identify and capitalise on commercial opportunities to drive revenue across our multi-platform media portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales across our brand portfolio to achieve monthly revenue targets
  • Sell creative advertising and sponsorship solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Support advertisers with campaign strategy, performance tracking, and renewals
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts



Requirements

  • 2–3 years minimum experience in media sales
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent customer service and time management
  • Knowledge of UAE press and publication laws
  • Strong initiative and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
  • Valid UAE driving license
