As a Sales Executive specializing in interior fit-out projects, you will be a dynamic and integral part of our sales team, driving growth and enhancing client satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients to drive business opportunities in interior fit-out projects.

  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring both client satisfaction and company profitability.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business.
  • Collaborate with design and project management teams to deliver projects on time.
  • Track sales targets and prepare regular reports to present to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide clients with accurate cost estimates and timelines for project completion.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand professional connections.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and exhibitions to promote our services.
  • Handle client feedback with professionalism and ensure any concerns are addressed effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience within the interior fit-out or design industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical details and design specifications.
  • Excellent client-facing skills with a focus on relationship-building.
  • Capability to work collaboratively with design and project management teams.
