Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive specializing in Interior Fit Out to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, understanding client needs, and providing solutions through our comprehensive range of interior fit-out services. Your passion for sales, coupled with your expertise in the interior design industry, will ensure you successfully meet targets and contribute to the company's success. You will work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure customer satisfaction from concept through to project completion.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior fit-out sector.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial terms.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to promote company services.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation through to closing and post-sale activities.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any client issues or concerns.
  • Continuously update and manage client information in the company's CRM system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales within the interior fit-out industry.
  • Strong understanding of interior design concepts and project management principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
