Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on the marketing and sale of forklifts. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and capturing new business opportunities, while also nurturing and expanding existing client relationships. You will play a critical part in driving sales growth by understanding customer needs, advising on the best solutions, and translating these insights into winning deals. You will work closely with our technical and service departments to ensure our clients receive exceptional support and value throughout the sales process and beyond. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the forklift industry sector.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with both new and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies for attracting new clients.
  • Provide clients with product demonstrations and technical information.
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-up with clients and internal departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure excellent after-sales support.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to network and generate leads.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the forklift or heavy equipment industry.
  • Strong understanding of forklift technology and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets effectively.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships confidently.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend events.
