As a Corporate HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the company’s human resources functions to support organizational goals and growth. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in HR management roles.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
  • Strong leadership abilities and capability to lead a team effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems for managing HR functions efficiently.
