We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge in accounting principles and practices and will focus on maintaining financial records that reflect an accurate representation of the company’s financial position. You will take on a central role in preparing financial reports, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations. Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate financial statements and ensure they comply with regulations.
• Manage the entire accounts payable and accounts receivable process efficiently.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close procedures effectively.
• Coordinate and complete annual audits and resolve auditing issues promptly.
• Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions proactively.
• Track accounting documentation and ensure they are maintained meticulously.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to forecast company’s financial position.
• Provide strategic financial advice to senior management with confidence.
• Participate in budget preparation and financial planning processes attentively.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account data.
• Oversee tax filings and ensure compliance with all government regulations.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation or working towards it is preferred.
• At least 3-5 years of accounting experience in a similar role is necessary.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or SAP is essential.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data accurately.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are highly valued.
