Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic Consumer Banking Product Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and growing the customer base for our consumer banking products. You will leverage your excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships both within the company and with potential clients. Your primary role will be to identify customer needs, deliver exceptional service, and provide effective financial product solutions that align with our clients' objectives. As a Sales Executive in Consumer Banking, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our market presence while ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored financial solutions and support.


Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels and strategies.
  • Engage with customers to understand their banking needs and offer suitable products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve collective sales targets and goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and track sales trends.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients about the benefits of our products.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to meet sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Stay updated on new financial products and services offered by our bank.
  • Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies during sales processes.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve product offerings.
  • Provide exemplary customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Report on sales metrics and forecast future sales to management regularly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs effectively.
  • Experience in working with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed aggressive sales targets.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and changing business environment.
