Job Description

The Sales & Business Development Executive position is a critical role responsible for accelerating growth and expanding the market presence of our FMCG products. As part of the sales team, the executive will implement strategic initiatives aimed at maximizing sales potential and strengthening relationships with existing and prospective clients. The role requires a dynamic individual with extensive knowledge of the FMCG sector. Our ideal candidate should be adept at identifying new business opportunities while maintaining sustainable relationships with partners and distributors. Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the FMCG sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with branding.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with prospective clients.
  • Regularly evaluate sales performance and implement necessary improvements.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with relevant internal departments.
  • Provide timely feedback and reports to management on sales activities.
  • Attend industry events to network and promote the company’s products.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales and business development within the FMCG sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry conferences as needed.
