Job Description

Our healthcare facility is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse with a valid DHA license to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients as directed by medical staff.
  • Conduct patient assessments and create comprehensive nursing care plans to meet the outlined goals.
  • Administer medications to patients and monitor their effects, reporting any adverse reactions promptly.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate positive patient outcomes and deliver high-quality care.
  • Educate patients and their families about health maintenance and disease prevention and provide case management support.
  • Use healthcare technology proficiently to enter and retrieve patient information for decision making.
  • Lead and participate in quality improvement activities to broaden the scope and quality of offered services.
  • Document patient interactions thoroughly, adhering to legal regulations and institutional guidelines.
  • Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and families dealing with difficult situations.
  • Adhere strictly to infection control and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for all.
  • Manage patient triage efficiently in emergency situations, prioritizing quickly and effectively.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in healthcare practices to maintain progressive nursing care.

Requirements

  • Possession of a valid DHA registration and license as a Registered Nurse.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution or equivalent international qualification.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting is required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using hospital management systems and electronic health records.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities in clinical practice.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
