Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Lead is a pivotal role responsible for driving an organization’s talent acquisition strategies to recruit high-caliber candidates who meet an organization’s needs. In this role, you will lead the recruitment team and collaborate closely with department heads to assess staffing requirements, identify workforce needs, and create strategic plans for talent sourcing. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Lead and oversee the entire recruitment process and recruitment team activities.
  • Collaborate with department heads to determine recruitment needs and timing.
  • Utilize various recruiting platforms to post job openings and source candidates efficiently.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with job criteria.
  • Manage the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities and professional institutions for talent sourcing.
  • Oversee and consult on the development of career development programs for current employees.
  • Use data-driven approaches to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize processes.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to increase organization visibility and attractiveness.
  • Facilitate negotiations of offers with potential candidates, ensuring alignment with company policies.
  • Stay updated on trends and innovations in talent acquisition to maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with all stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and best HR practices in recruitment.
  • Ability to effectively use applicant tracking systems and recruiting software tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor recruiting teams towards achieving objectives.
