  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and medical records.
  • Advocate for patients’ needs and preferences, ensuring patient-centered care delivery.
  • Participate in clinical rounds and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
  • Ensure patient safety by adhering to infection control policies and procedures.
  • Provide emotional support and psychological care to patients and their families.
  • Stay updated with the latest nursing practices and participate in ongoing professional development.

Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of nursing experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
  • Strong knowledge of medical and nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Proficient in using electronic health records and healthcare management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse patient populations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
