Job Description

As a Real Estate Broker specializing in secondary and off-plan properties, you will play a crucial role in the real estate market by connecting buyers and sellers and facilitating transactions. Your expertise will be required to navigate complex negotiations, provide accurate market analyses, and offer guidance on investment opportunities. You'll be responsible for keeping up with market trends and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of property values within your area. Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties with a focus on secondary and off-plan markets.
  • Develop marketing strategies to increase visibility of property listings and attract potential buyers.
  • Conduct property viewings and effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
  • Negotiate sales and rental terms to achieve best outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
  • Research and analyze local real estate market trends to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry policies, regulations, and market conditions.
  • Prepare detailed real estate documents, including contracts, purchase agreements, and closing statements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as agents and attorneys, for seamless transactions.
  • Gather feedback from clients to improve services and client satisfaction continuously.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage client relationships and track sales and rental activities.
  • Represent the brokerage at relevant community events and industry networking activities.

Requirements

  • Valid real estate license required, with specialization in secondary and off-plan properties preferred.
  • Proven experience in a real estate brokerage role with a successful sales record.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market analysis and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills to facilitate client interactions and transactions.
  • Familiarity with real estate CRM systems for managing client relationships and deals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, with commitment to client confidentiality.
