Job Description

As a Real Estate Broker, you'll play a pivotal role in the real estate transaction process, acting as a bridge between buyers and sellers to facilitate successful sales.   • Assist sellers with home staging and property listing marketing efforts.
  • Oversee the contract signing process and keep accurate records of transactions.

  • Coordinate with financial and legal representatives to finalize sales closing.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in real estate sales and property management.
  • Valid real estate broker license in accordance with state regulations.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
