Job Description

As a Real Estate Agent with the company code 22N25, you will play a pivotal role in the property market.   • Ensure compliance with governmental laws and real estate regulations at all times.
  • Conduct market research to identify the latest trends affecting the real estate market.
  • Foster a strong referral network and maintain ongoing relationships with clients.
  • Advertise properties through a variety of marketing channels and social media.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the status of their transactions.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, loan officers, and inspectors to complete transactions smoothly.

Requirements

  • Valid real estate license required to operate as a professional agent.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or similar role is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Proficient negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts, leases, and mortgages is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time with minimal supervision.
  • Competent in using technology and social media for marketing purposes.
