Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be at the forefront of identifying, sourcing, and onboarding talent for our clients.   • Negotiate contract terms and salary packages with clients and candidates effectively.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance stages.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and employment laws to remain compliant and informed.
  • Act as a liaison between candidates and clients during the negotiation phase.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage database systems for all recruitment activities.
  • Provide post-placement support to ensure successful integration of new hires.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role is essential.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency using recruitment software, databases, and professional networking platforms.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding client and candidate expectations.
