A Real Estate Agent plays a pivotal role in the buying, selling, and renting of properties. Responsibilities

  • Provide thorough and transparent communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Promote properties through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with lenders, appraisers, and inspectors.

Requirements

  • Valid real estate license in the state of operation is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or related field is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential for success.
  • A comprehensive understanding of real estate contracts and terms required.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a client-focused attitude necessary.
  • Proficiency in using real estate databases and property management software.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings to accommodate client schedules.
