Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with property owners and prospective buyers.

  • Coordinate with legal, financial, and other professionals to finalize property transactions.
  • Advise clients on pricing and market conditions to make informed investment decisions.
  • Create and implement marketing strategies to promote property sales effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant property laws and regulations during transactions.
  • Prepare sales reports and present these regularly to senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with property market developments and competitor activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and gain referrals.
  • Assist clients in mortgage arrangement processes through collaboration with financial institutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in property sales or a similar real estate role is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of the local property market trends and dynamics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales successfully in competitive situations.
  • High level of self-motivation, organization, and a results-driven approach.
  • Valid real estate license in the relevant region or state is required.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other property management tools effectively.
