Job Description

A Property Consultant is a vital role in the real estate sector, providing expert advice and services to clients regarding property investments, acquisitions, and sales. This role involves a deep understanding of the market, conducting property valuations, advising on property purchases, and assisting clients in making informed decisions about their property needs. Responsibilities

  • Provide clients with expert advice on property prices and investment options.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with property owners and prospective buyers.
  • Assist clients in the negotiation process to help them procure the best deals.
  • Conduct property evaluations to determine and set competitive market prices.
  • Facilitate property viewings, open houses, and provide insights to prospective buyers.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and proposals to clients for informed decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with all property and real estate regulations during transactions.
  • Manage property listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is provided.
  • Collaborate with legal, financial, and other property professionals to complete transactions.
  • Continuously monitor the market to identify opportunities for clients to invest wisely.

Requirements

  • Proven 1 year experience in real estate sales and consulting, with a strong track record.
  • Exceptional understanding of property market dynamics and valuation methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to facilitate client interactions.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and property management tools for daily tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting market data and advising clients appropriately.
  • Flexibility to travel and work non-traditional hours, including weekends and evenings.
