Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Human Resources management role.
  • Comprehensive understanding of labor laws and HR best practices is essential.
  • Proven track record in recruitment, leadership development, and workforce planning.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all levels of staff.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic approach to addressing HR challenges.
