Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present detailed property listings and market analyses to clients.
  • Coordinate and conduct property viewings for potential buyers or tenants.
  • Negotiate property sales and lease agreements to ensure satisfactory outcomes for clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance to clients on property management and financial issues.
  • Assist clients with property inspections and due diligence processes.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote properties effectively.
  • Facilitate communications between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
  • Keep accurate records of all transactions and provide progress reports to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or property management roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
  • Knowledge of local real estate markets and emerging trends.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and CRM platforms is highly desirable.
