Job Description

As a Property Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the real estate industry by helping clients make informed decisions about buying, selling, or leasing properties. Your expertise in the property market will be vital in advising clients on property prices, market conditions, and legal requirements. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their real estate goals. Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify property options that meet client requirements.
  • Advise clients on property values, market trends, and investment opportunities.
  • Schedule and conduct property viewings and provide feedback to clients.
  • Prepare and present detailed property reports and investment analyses.
  • Negotiate property deals to achieve favorable terms for both buyers and sellers.
  • Maintain and update property listings to ensure current and accurate availability.
  • Liaise with clients to gather necessary information and understand their property needs.
  • Coordinate with legal teams to ensure all property transactions meet regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with real estate agents and property developers.
  • Participate in networking events and seminars to expand industry contacts.
  • Assist clients with property-related financial services, such as mortgages and insurance.
  • Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in the real estate market or a similar sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of property market trends and legal requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for daily operations.
