Job Description

A Project Manager in the 18N25 division is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing projects from initiation to completion while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. The role requires someone who is adept at managing diverse projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving efficient processes to deliver successful project outcomes. This requires excellent organizational talents, leadership capabilities, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in project management and demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills. This position involves working closely with stakeholders to define project scopes, allocate resources effectively, and lead teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables.


Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal resources and third parties for execution of projects.
  • Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and constraints.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs as required.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques regularly.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as necessary for problem-solving.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Perform risk management to minimize potential project-related risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors for project success.
  • Lead team meetings and effectively communicate project expectations to the team.
  • Conduct post-project evaluation to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager with successful project delivery history.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools essential.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills for team and stakeholder interactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in vendor management and resource allocation across project phases.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification beneficial.
