Job Description

The Project Coordinator is a dynamic professional responsible for organizing, managing, and executing projects across various sectors. This role requires seamless communication and coordination between different teams to meet project objectives. The Project Coordinator will work closely with Project Managers, offering support in planning, directing, and completing projects within the stipulated timelines and budget. They must be adept at multitasking and possess excellent organizational skills to track project developments, maintain documentation, and produce detailed reports. A key component of this role is facilitating effective communication through regular meetings and updates to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned. The candidate should possess a passion for project management and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities across various departments to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports for stakeholders.
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of project strategies and objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and report issues or deviations to the Project Manager.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
  • Organize and participate in project meetings, preparing agendas and meeting minutes.
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and techniques for success.
  • Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of project proposals and presentations.
  • Identify and manage potential risks and issues within the project lifecycle.
  • Support resource allocation, project scheduling, and budget monitoring activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Strong experience in project coordination or related role is highly advantageous.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office tools is required.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
