We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure smooth production flow, and maintain high-quality standards. The candidate will manage staff, allocate tasks, monitor machine performance, and ensure safety and efficiency in the production area.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.

• Assign tasks and monitor staff performance.

• Ensure product quality and compliance with standards.

• Maintain production reports and records.

• Coordinate with maintenance team for machine issues.

• Ensure safety rules and cleanliness are followed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in production or manufacturing.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to handle team and meet production targets.

• Knowledge of machinery and production processes.
