The Pharmacy Manager 04J26 position is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to lead a dynamic pharmacy team. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and manage the pharmacy staff effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase pharmacy revenue and profitability.
  • Maintain accurate records of all pharmaceutical transactions and inventory.
  • Create staff schedules and manage resource allocation for optimum productivity.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle patient inquiries professionally.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and medication therapy.
  • Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations for ongoing development.
  • Ensure pharmacy security and safety for both staff and clients.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to improve service delivery standards.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers for effective supply chain management.
  • Lead the implementation of new pharmacy technology and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field is required.
  • Must be a licensed pharmacist with a valid state pharmacy license.
  • Minimum of three years experience in pharmacy management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and healthcare standards.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage a team effectively.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare providers.
  • Proficiency in pharmacy software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and performance metrics.
