Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy interventions using evidence-based treatment techniques.
• Monitor and document patient progress to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families on therapy procedures.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in continuous education to stay updated on the latest physical therapy techniques.
• Ensure a safe and clean therapy environment for all patients and staff.
• Supervise physiotherapy assistants or support staff when required.
• Advocate for patient well-being and encourage patient commitment to therapy plans.
• Conduct therapy sessions in various settings, including clinics, hospitals, and homes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Valid physiotherapy license to practice is mandatory.
• At least two years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of patient care, rehabilitation strategies, and therapy techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate approach.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Proficient in using electronic medical records and other healthcare software.
