Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians and support staff to ensure efficient pharmacy operations.
Ensure compliance with all federal and state pharmacy laws, regulations, and safety protocols.
Manage and improve pharmacy operations by implementing quality assurance measures.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in pharmacology and incorporate new findings into practice.
Investigate and resolve medication-related issues, discrepancies, or complaints from patients or healthcare providers promptly.
Contribute to community health by participating in educational health programs and vaccination drives.
Requirements
Possess a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
Hold a valid pharmacist license in UAE.
Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills for patient interaction.
Have a thorough knowledge of pharmacology, disease management, and drug therapy principles.
Exhibit strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in dispensing medications.
Possess computer literacy, including proficiency in pharmacy management software.
