Job Description
The Payments Product Owner - Fintech is responsible for overseeing the development and enhancement of payment products within a fintech organization. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery. This role requires a solid understanding of payments technologies, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to develop and deliver high-quality payment products.
- Gather and analyze data on user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
- Monitor and evaluate product performance, including key metrics and customer feedback.
- Develop and maintain product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and successful product releases.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the product team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in the payments industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, finance).
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in the fintech or payments industry.
- Strong knowledge of payments technologies and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Outstanding project management and analytical abilities.
