Job Description

As an Operations Support Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing and enhancing the efficiency of our operational processes. You will be responsible for supervising a team of support staff, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and effectively. Your core responsibilities will include coordinating between various teams, helping resolve operational issues, and implementing strategies to optimize workflow. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in an operations support or supervisory role is necessary.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and guidance.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for operational details.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve operations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required for this role.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant operational software tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve operational issues effectively.
