Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical design and engineering projects.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to think critically and creatively.
• Familiarity with simulation and analysis tools for design validation purposes.
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with product lifecycle management and documentation practices.
