The role of a Project Manager/Construction Manager is an exciting and dynamic position that requires an individual to orchestrate the successful completion of construction projects from conception to execution. This position involves overseeing the planning, design, and construction phases of a project, ensuring all procedures are adhered to, timelines are met, and the project is completed within budget.   • Communicate project status, changes, and challenges to clients and stakeholders clearly and regularly.
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks proactively.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation is optimal for project completion timely.
  • Oversee purchase of construction materials, ensuring quality and budget compliance precisely.
  • Foster a strong safety culture, ensuring all safety protocols are strictly followed onsite.
  • Drive continuous improvement processes to enhance efficiency in project delivery continually.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of proven experience in construction project management required.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools and construction technologies needed.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills to oversee and guide project teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the capability to handle unforeseen project challenges effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for articulation of project specifics to diverse stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, legal regulations, and quality standards.
