Material Handling Coordinator UAE National 2505-1833-22

Synopsis

We are hiring a Material Handling Administrator based at our Warehouse. Responsible to overseeing the daily orders of specific end users in SAP-WM module and assure fulfilling the requirements are delivered on time and documented in compliance with the internal process assuring full visibility.

Accountabilities

• Delegating job to floor team (3rd Party staff) and keeping the deliveries ready with picking, packing validation with documents are kept ready for dispatch next delivery day.
• Dealing with Customs Bond stores stock items and documents in releasing items to the assigned business on priorities
• Internally coordinating with Inventory team for any short supplies and provide required information in arranging stock in warehouse
• Communicating daily supplies documents to end user through mails.
• Complying all safety standard and maximize the utilization of third-party staff to support the operation.
• Dealing with daily pick audit, validating the physical stock Vs picked stock
• Correct any picking errors prior the delivery goes out of the warehouse
• Monitor safe and secure stock management. Secure all the signed document of delivery acknowledgement for audit purposes.
• Licensed to drive Forklift, Reach Truck, and Delivery vehicle where necessary to support the operation.
• Support procurement processes, evaluate supplier proposals, maintain records, and develop reports to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  
  

Education & Experience

• Graduate or Min Secondary Education and Work experience in ERP System SAP WM Module specific.
• UAE Licensed Reach Truck and Forklift Operator, Light vehicle driver license.
• Minimum 3-5 year experience in a large Warehouse operation.
• Procurement experience is an added advantage.
• Analytical mindset and collaborative attitude.
