Job Description

The role of a Marketing Administrator is crucial in ensuring the seamless execution of marketing initiatives within an organization. A Marketing Administrator is responsible for coordinating various marketing projects and ensuring that all aspects of marketing campaigns are running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain a marketing calendar to track key activities and deadlines.

  • Monitor competitors' marketing activities and report insights to the team.
  • Provide administrative support to senior marketing staff as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing administration or a similar support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing software and social media platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data effectively.
