The Corporate, Wealth & Investment Banking Group (CWIBG) provides a portfolio of corporate banking services, including investment & transaction banking as well as financial market solutions. This sophisticated product suite is powered by efficient digital platforms and distribution channels. It serves a broad range of clients both domestically and across the MENA region, including government entities, financial institutions, Non-bank financial institutions (NBFI), to large corporates, and maintains strategic relationships with leading banks globally.


We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our CWIBG Business Enablement and Digital Innovation team to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in banking.


In this role, your key responsibilities include:


  • To manage and deliver assigned Trade Transformation and Digitisation initiatives across Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance by operating across multiple trade products, systems, and processes and influencing delivery outcomes through matrix collaboration with internal stakeholders, in order to enable the successful implementation of trade solutions that enhance customer and relationship manager experience, strengthen operational efficiency and service quality, ensure regulatory and control alignment, and support the Bank’s digital transformation objectives
  • Deliver assigned components of the Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance transformation roadmap by translating strategic change objectives into governed initiatives across trade products, systems, and processes, including the digitisation of trade processes and customer journeys
  • Consolidate inputs from business, product, operations, and technology stakeholders to shape structured initiatives, validate feasibility, and assess sequencing and interdependencies
  • Ensure initiatives are aligned with approved trade and digital transformation priorities and supported by clear delivery plans and recommendations for senior governance and decision‑making forums
  • Manage end‑to‑end delivery of trade product and platform enhancements, including process digitisation, automation, and customer journey redesign across multiple trade systems and operating models
  • Coordinate closely with business, technology, and operations stakeholders to deliver platform and process changes that meet agreed scope, quality, and control requirements
  • Ensure solutions are implemented with appropriate delivery readiness, business validation, and sign‑off, enabling improved efficiency, scalability, and service quality across Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance
  • Manage delivery governance for assigned trade transformation initiatives by coordinating cross‑functional activities and supporting the scoping of change requests and impact assessments across business, technology, and operations
  • Monitor milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues across complex, multi‑system initiatives, proactively escalating matters that may impact delivery outcomes
  • Provide structured delivery reporting and governance materials to support senior management and steering forums, and enable informed decision‑making and post‑implementation value realisation aligned to approved trade business cases
  • Influence and align stakeholders across Trade, Operations, Technology, Architecture, Risk, and Compliance functions to ensure shared understanding of scope, regulatory obligations, and execution decisions throughout the delivery lifecycle
  • Facilitate effective collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to validate solution design, delivery approach, and integration requirements
  • Support engagement with relationship managers and selected clients, where required, to validate customer‑facing trade solutions and adoption readiness
  • Ensure all trade transformation initiatives are delivered in compliance with internal governance, regulatory requirements, and trade operational control standards
  • Maintain appropriate delivery documentation covering scope, risks, controls, approvals, and audit trails
  • Work closely with risk, compliance, and operations stakeholders to embed effective controls into delivered solutions, supporting regulatory assurance and sustainable operational outcomes



The ideal candidate should have the following experience:


  • At least 6 years of experience within Banking or Financial Services, with demonstrated delivery experience in Trade Finance or Transaction Banking transformation and digitisation initiatives, including hands‑on involvement in trade digitisation or platform modernisation projects within a financial institution
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline
  • PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Agile, or equivalent delivery certifications (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance Products
  • Knowledge of Trade Transformation and Digitisation Initiatives within Banking
  • Understanding of Trade Operations, Controls, and Regulatory Considerations
  • Delivery and Change Management Capability across Complex, Multi‑Stakeholder Environments
  • Ability to Translate Trade Business Requirements into Structured Delivery Plans and Executable Scopes
  • Stakeholder Management and Influencing Skills across Business, Operations, Technology, and Control Functions
