Develop/ maintain the strategic planning and performance management process
Facilitate and contribute to the development of strategy at ADPorts, including organizing strategy retreats / workshops with internal and external stakeholders, with the aim of developing a fully integrated strategic plan, linked to the long business plans and financial model, as well as the annual operating plan and budget
Facilitate the development of scorecards for the Maritime & Shipping Cluster, business units and support functions
Contribute to the development of employee-level scorecards in coordination with HR and the end users / supervisors
Develop and maintain a master schedule to track initiatives implementations
Issue performance reports to monitor strategy implementations across all levels / areas
Participate in the review all strategic, growth / diversification and financial business cases / plans including joint ventures, direct investments and disposals
Develop and maintain strategic issues register
Maintain the stakeholder matrix and management plan
Maintain ADPorts risk register
Advise on the ADPorts operating model / organizational development
