The role of a Maintenance Technician 18F26 is integral to ensuring that machinery and systems operate efficiently and safely. Responsibilities

  • Provide training to junior technicians to enhance skills and workplace productivity.

  • Utilize technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex issues accurately.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in a related industry.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and climbing ladders.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime when required.
  • Familiarity with maintenance safety protocols and personal protective equipment.
