Job Description

A Logistics Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing and ensuring the efficient and effective movement of goods and services within an organization. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present reports on logistics operations to senior management.
  • Manage budgets, forecasting expenses, and striving to reduce operational costs.
  • Stay informed on technological advancements to enhance logistics capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management, with leadership roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and act on data insights.
  • Proficient in logistics software, transportation management systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in dynamic environments.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards in logistics sectors.
