Job Description
- Manage end-to-end legal projects, ensuring timely and compliant delivery
- Draft, review, and finalise legal documents using best practices and internal archives
- Coordinate with Legal, Support Services, and Business Excellence teams
- Develop project plans, workflows, and schedules for structured execution
- Present progress reports and risk assessments to senior stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws and internal governance frameworks
- Implement legal tech tools and collaborate on AI and automation initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation and support general legal operations
- UAE National with Family Book
- Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred)
- 3-5 years of project management experience, ideally in a legal or corporate setting
- Strong understanding of UAE legislation and compliance standards
- Experience with legal tech solutions and process automation
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of legal transformation, leveraging AI, automation, and legal tech to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Youll work closely with cross-functional teams including Legal, Business Excellence, and Technology, gaining exposure to high-level projects and strategic decision-making.
