Job Summary:

This role will provide the comprehensive legal support to all functions and activities of KATIM, with a particular focus on drafting the contracts and compliance with the applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Contracts: Drafting and negotiating the contracts.

Compliance: Ensuring that KATIM’s activities are performed strictly in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations.

Experience And Education Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Law from the university in the UAE

Minimum of 3 years of Legal experience in drafting and negotiating the contracts

UAE lawyer license
