Lead Construction Engineer - Site Based

We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Construction Engineer to oversee and manage site construction activities during the EPC phase of a major oil and gas development. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and coordination skills to ensure safe, timely, and quality execution of multidisciplinary construction works.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise site construction activities across various disciplines.
• Ensure work is carried out in compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and subcontractors for seamless site execution.
• Resolve site-level technical and construction issues effectively and promptly.
• Monitor daily progress and provide accurate reports to project management.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE regulations and company quality standards.
• Support mechanical completion and handover processes, including pre-commissioning readiness.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering field.
• Minimum 18 years of construction experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Proven track record in site-based roles during EPC phases.
• Strong understanding of international construction standards, codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and contractors in a fast-paced site environment.
