Job Description

As a Junior Key Account Manager in the Beauty sector, you will play an essential role in maintaining and developing relationships with key clients, ensuring the smooth execution of projects, and driving sales to meet established targets. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of the beauty industry, and a passion for sales. Working closely with a senior team, you will support strategic planning processes, manage customer inquiries, and coordinate with internal departments to deliver outstanding service. Responsibilities

  • Manage and cultivate strong relationships with key beauty accounts to drive sales growth.
  • Assist in the development of account strategies to meet sales targets and objectives.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to implement successful promotional activities.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and client satisfaction metrics regularly.
  • Identify potential opportunities for new business and strategies for account expansion.
  • Conduct regular meetings and communications with clients to update on services and promotions.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service and product offerings.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations tailored to client needs and objectives.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client communications, agreements, and project timelines.
  • Support the senior account management team with administrative and strategic tasks as needed.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to remain informed about trends and innovations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales or account management, ideally within the beauty industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships.
  • Solid understanding of sales principles and the beauty industry's market dynamics.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of an energetic team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple accounts.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
