We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and applications.
• Monitor system performance to ensure optimal operating speed and availability.
• Implement security measures and monitor systems to prevent cybersecurity threats.
• Perform routine audits of systems and software to ensure compliance and security.
• Install and configure hardware, software, and network systems as required.
• Provide technical support and guidance to users and IT team members.
• Develop and maintain documentation for systems configuration and procedures.
• Troubleshoot system and network issues promptly and efficiently.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for system upgrades.
• Ensure backup procedures are properly implemented and operational.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects and upgrades.
• Maintain an inventory of all hardware and software resources accurately.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Systems Administrator or similar role for at least 3 years.
• Strong understanding of system security, backup, and recovery processes.
• Experience with network technologies and management, including LAN and WAN.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems and server environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
